PHS (Pre-Med and Health Sciences Club) Meeting Next Tuesday (9/15), there will be an interest meeting during lunch in Mrs. J's room for the new "Pre-Med and Health Sciences Club." It's aimed at students interested in science and medicine, but everyone is welcome!
HS Quiz Bowl Meeting Who was the first person to step on the moon? If you can answer this question, or if you just love playing trivia, you need to join the North Muskegon Quiz Bowl Team. The HS Quiz Bowl Team will be having a meeting during high school lunch on Thursday, September 17 in Mr. Stevens room (101). Everyone is welcome and we are excited for a new year!
Lunch in Walker Park If you are enjoying your lunch in Walker Park please pick up your trash. Lunch in the park is a privilege. Let's keep it picked up.
Homecoming Guest Forms The HS Homecoming dance is Saturday, October 3rd. If you plan to bring a student from another school please come grab a form in the HS Lobby by the TV. Please complete them with your guest and turn them in no later than Wednesday, September 3oth!
Middle School Students First Priority Meeting Tuesday, Sept. 15 is our First Priority meeting at lunch in Mrs. Schofield's room (#202). Bring a lunch. If you need a lunch line pass, see Mrs. Schofield or Mrs. Kolkema in the morning.

HS Girls Co-op Swim Meets Come watch the girls HS Co-op Swim compete Tuesday Sept. 15 at Muskegon @ 6:00pm and Thursday, Sept. 17 at Grand Haven HS. Go Norse!
MS Student Council MS student council campaign videos are due to Mrs. Slimko by 9 p.m. on Friday, September 18. Check your email for more detailed information. We will also meet in the choir room at lunch on Thursday during MS lunch so you can ask questions and work on your videos.
Congrats V Soccer Last night the North Muskegon Boys Varsity Soccer Team defeated Fremont 5-1 to improve their overall record to 5-4-1, and conference record to 3-0. Hunter Darga led the way scoring 4 goals. Elliott Irving helped lead the way scoring 1 goal and adding 2 assists, and Jackson Stone and Cameron Hurst each added an assist. Jonas Slimko had a strong performance in goal making 5 saves for the Norse. Last week the Norse had a strong performances going 2-1 on the week. On Tuesday, Jackson Stone scored the lone goal against Fruitport in a close 2-1 loss and Jonas Slimko had 10 saves in goal. In the Norse's 7-0 win vs Oakridge last Wednesday, Hunter Darga, once again, led the way scoring 3 goals while Elliot Irving, Owen Rop, Finn Cutler, and Peyton Jahn each added a goal. Jackson Stone, Ayden Brannam, and Ricardo Lopez each had an assist against Oakridge and Jonas Slimko and Kohl Roggerro combined for 7 saves in goal. On Saturday, the Norse defeated #12 State Ranked Royal Oak Shrine 5-3. Leading the way was Jackson Stone scoring 2 goals and adding 2 assists while Hunter Darga had 2 goals, Reed Cutler had 1 goal, and Elliot Irving and Luke Rop each had 1 assist. Jonas Slimko had 4 saves in goal for the Norse.
